Wipro Healthplan Services complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. MarketLink does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
This statement is issued pursuant to Section 1557 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. § 18116), the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
Non-Discrimination in Health Insurance Enrollment Services
MarketLink provides enrollment assistance for health insurance coverage through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace to all eligible individuals without discrimination. All consumers, regardless of:
- Race, color, or national origin;
- Sex, including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity;
- Age;
- Disability status (physical, mental, or developmental);
- Religion or creed;
- Marital or family status;
- Receipt of public assistance;
are entitled to receive equal access to our enrollment assistance services, information, and the health plans available through the Marketplace.
Accessibility for People with Disabilities
MarketLink provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, including:
- Qualified sign language interpreters;
- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats);
- TTY/TDD access for consumers with hearing impairments: 1-855-889-4325.
Our Platform is designed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. If you experience accessibility barriers, please contact us immediately.
Language Access Services
MarketLink provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, including:
- Qualified interpreters available by telephone for assistance in over 150 languages;
- Written translations of vital documents upon request.

Grievance Procedure
If you believe that MarketLink has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with:

You can file a grievance in person or by mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing a grievance, our Civil Rights Coordinator is available to help you. We will respond within 30 days.

Agent Non-Discrimination Requirements
All licensed agents and brokers operating through the MarketLink platform are required to provide services equally to all eligible consumers without discrimination. Agents found to have engaged in discriminatory practices will have their Portal access immediately revoked and will be reported to applicable state insurance departments and CMS.
